Refund Policy

At Test Banks Store LTD, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

If you want to cancel your order, kindly email us prior to receiving the download link. We will cancel your order without further questions. Once you have received your order, refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:

• Items missing.
• An item is at fault, wrongly described, or different from its sample or related cases, in which case we will refund the purchase price and delivery charges.
• If a duplicate order is purchased by accident, we will issue a refund.

Refund requests related to any other reasons will not be accepted.
